Jason Hanash is the founding Lead Pastor of Discovery Church in Bakersfield, California — a multiplying church network reaching over 4,000 people weekly. He started the church from the ground up and has led it through every season of growth, challenge, and renewal.

His passion lives at the intersection of spiritual formation and organizational health — the conviction that you can't build a healthy church without building healthy leaders, and you can't build healthy leaders without doing the inner work yourself.

Through Formed Ministries, Jason coaches pastors and church leaders through growth strategy, leadership development, and the systems that turn vision into a movement.
